Growing up in a family of no musical background, Carlo was fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to learn music. Starting off with private contemporary piano lessons in his elementary school years, which then progressed to self-learning the acoustic guitar and the drums in later years, he eventually played for live bands throughout his time in school. During this period, Carlo began experimenting with production using cracked DAWs like Cubase and Ableton. It wasn’t until COVID happened when he took production seriously.

Early 2021 while waiting for University admissions all the way in August, Carlo decided to buy FL Studio and explore what the software had to offer. He started watching videos of tutorials on production, mixing techniques as well as mastering tips. Carlo also decided to jumpstart his production journey by joining his campus’ musical production, Sangsaka GAYA 2022, which gave him the platform to dive into producing new songs with his music department, guided by a more experienced producer. From there, Carlo set out to explore production narrowing down to the field of electronic music.

He released his first official record, Away, in November of 2022 and his second one, Choose To Live, a month after. Having notably won 1st Runner Up at Singapore’s Sentosa DJ SpinOff 2023 and played in venues like Cherry Discotheque, Luxe Singapore, PRISM Singapore, and many other private events, he’s just getting started on chasing his dreams to tour around the world and touch lives with his music.
